“It’s not always easy and
Sometimes life can be deceiving
I’ll tell you one thing, it’s always better when we’re together.”
Yes, it’s not always easy. Those Jack Johnson lyrics played on my car radio for the last three days as I drove home after a hard day’s work. My daughter Alice loves this song, and it ended up getting stuck in my head — a soft echo of what truly matters.

Better Together.
This melody brings me a sense of well-being, peace, and tranquility. It’s the knowledge that when we return, someone — or even a pet — is waiting for us. That simple thought allows us to dive into a moment of magic.
The song doesn’t talk about productivity or conquering the world. It talks about how the presence of another makes simple moments, like looking at the stars, something valuable. In that instant, it doesn’t matter if the workday was the best or the most challenging; what prevails is the feeling of a job well done and the strength of having honored our daily mission.
It is “living well” in company. In connection, harmony, and mutual support.
But this also reminds me of interdependence. That concept of working together where your talent and others merge to build something bigger.
Greater Together. Greater and stronger together.
This is what I strive to apply both at work and at home. It is a more ambitious expression, focusing on potential and collective results. It’s synergy, where one plus one equals three. It’s the moment a team unites different talents to launch something innovative, achieving what no one could accomplish alone.
So… is it almost always easy? No. But if it were easy, how would we know how strong we are? How would we recognize our capacity and our potential?
Life can be deceiving, but I’ll tell you one thing: we are much better, and infinitely greater, when we are together. Especially when we fight, side by side, to reach our goals.
